Just rechived cs3 so i am new in it!
So what is best for zoom and brush sizes lines and that?
Please write them down in comments!

It all depends on the style you want to use. If you want awfully small sticks, you should zoom in more. But for larger sticks you should zoom in less. Also, I don't know this for sure. But the brush size is limited to much smaller sizes right? Maybe use pencil for that.

No never pencil! i use all kind of styles so just write them down what you use!
