|  Abilities:-can create portals out of nothing -Very fast and agile Weaknesses: -He has to open 2 portals at a time (and he cannot open more) -opening portals weakens him, therefore opening too many may knock him out. About: The Portal Dude was a hobo picked off the streets by a scientist. the scientist eventually managed to grant him this power, and, the scientist being completely unoriginal, decided to name him 'the portal dude'.
